the Husband and the Wife shall own the above described _
property as tenants in common.
Neither the Husband nor the Wife shall further
encumber or attempt to transfer the title or sale of
his or her interest in the marital dwelling without
further order of this Court.
The use and possession of the marital dwelling
shall be restricted solely to the Wife and the three
minor children and that no member of the opposite sex
shall spend the night in said dwelling until each of
the minor children have attained the age of 18 years
or otherwise become emancipated."
4. All other provisions of the Final Judgment entered
in this cause on February 9, 1979 shall remain in full force and
effect.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this day of ember,
