THIS CAUSE coming on. to be heard on the 23rd day of October,
1979, upon the Petitioner's Motion To Amend, and the Court being advised
that the Defendant had requested a stay of the hearing by telephone on
the morning of the hearin3, and the Court ha~~ing examined the Motion To
Amend, and having heard the argument of counsel, and being otherwise
fu~ly advised in the premises, it is thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Motion To Amend of the Petitioner, CAROLE L.

~ NEWTON, be, and is hereby ordered granted and the Amended Petition cf
t~:e Petitioner, be, and is hereby ordered amended in conformity with
the amendmert requested in the Motion To Amend of the Petitioner and
the Defendant, CHARLES H. SHAFFER, be, and is hereby ordered granted
twenty (20) days to respond or plead to the amendment to the Amended
Petition.
