ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on before the Court for hearing
on this 23rd day of October, 1979, upon the Court's Order
of September 21, 1979, instructing the Wife, ERMA JEAN
GREEN, to appear and show cause why she should not be held
in contempt, and the Court, having heard the evidence, argu-
ments of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, upon consideration, the Court makes the following
findings: The Wife is in contempt for failure to notify
the Husband, the Husband's attorney, and the Clerk of the
Court of her forwarding address and in having obstructed the
rights of the Husband for reasonable visitation with the
minor child.
WHEREFORE, upon consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) The Wife, ERMA JEAN GREEN, is and hereby shall
be adjudged to be in contempt of the Orders of this Court
for her failure to notify the Husband, the Husband's attorney,
and Clerk of this Court of her residence or forwarding
address and further in her obstruction of the priviledges
of the Husband to have reasonable visitation with the minor
child of the parties, BARBIE LYNN GREEN;
