JOINT MOTION TO AMEND FItJAL JUDG2IE:~T
Come now the Wife, CHRISTINE J. ZZASTASI, and the Husband,
MICHAEL NASTASI, and file this, their Joint Motion to Amend Final
Judgment entered in the above-styled cause on September 13, 1978,
and as grounds thereof would show unto the Honorable Court:
' 1. That the former wife and former husband herein have
undergone changes in their ,circumstances subsequent to the entry F
of the Final Judgment herein, and through discussions between
themselves have agreed that it is in the best interest of both
parties that a change in the Final Judgment be effected to alter
cne responsibi~ities or `ril~,~AEL i1riSTE;SI. ~ s
2. That both parties have consulted with their respective
attorneys, or had the opportunity to consult with their respective
attorneys, regarding the ramifications of a~tending this Final
Judgment as proposed herein, and each party understands that if
consultation was not had, that they hereby sign this Motion-with
full knowledge of its effects and under no force or duress.
3. The parties desire and agree that the Court should amend t
the Final Judgment in the following respects, these amendments
having to do with paragraphs IX and X of the Stipulation and Agree-
ment incorporated into the Final Judgment. The parties agree that
these paragraphs shall be amended to read as follows:
IX. "To pay to the Wife periodic alimony of _
$700.00 ner ctonth payable in cash or money order
on the 3Jth day of each and every nonth, said
payment to commence from the 30th day of Septem-
ber, 1979, and continue for a period of ten months
thereafter, ending with the payment due on June
30, 1980. At that time, the payment of alimony
shall cease and the Husband shall have no further
obligation for payment. Should the Wife either
remarry or die during this period, payments under
