X. "Recognizing that there is a second mortgage
indebtedness on the marital home to be paid by
the Wife and further in consideration of the Wife
conveying the Punta Gorda property to the Husband,
the Husband agrees to pay to the Wife the sum of
Tfs,000.00 payable ?s fnllnws: $2,000.00 to be paid
on or before November 30, 1979, and the remaining
$4,000.00 to be paid in monthly payments of $150.00 '
per month commencing July 30 , 1980 , and payable on
the 30th day of each succeeding month thereafter
until paid in full."
