reviewing said Motion filed herein and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJL~i?GED as follows :
1. The Stipulation and Agreement signed by MICHAEL NASTASI
and w.R~STI*:E J. NASTA~I On the 30 day of August= 1978, and in-
corporated into the Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage, para-
graph 4, entered on September I3, 1978, is hereby amended as
follows: paragraph IX shall read as follows: ~

IX. "To pay to the Wife periodic alimony of ~
$700.00 per month payable in cash or money order
on the 30th day of each and every month, said
payment to commence from the 30th day of Septem-
ber, 1979, and continue for a period of ten months
thereafter, ending with the payment due on June
30, 1980. At that time, the payment of alimony
shall cease and the Husband shall have no further
obligation for payment. Should the Wife either
remarry or die during this period, payments under f
this provision shall cease upon the date of re-
marriage or death." i

Paragraph X shall read as follows:
X. "Recognizing that there is a second mortgage
indebtedness on the marital home to be paid by
the i:ife anu further in considerucion cf the [!ife
conveying the Punta Gorda property to the Husband,
the Husband agrees to pay to the Wife the sum of
$6,000.00 payable as follows: $2,000.00 to be paid
on or before November 30, 1979, and the remaining
$4;000.00 to be paid in monthly payments of $150.00
per month commencing July 30, 1980, and payable on
the 30th day of each succeeding month thereafter
until paid in full."
