O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on the petition of CORA J. COX,
natural and maternal grandmother joined by her husband, HARRY CLAIRE
COX, for the adoption of BOBBY RAY TRAMMELL, and said adoption being•~
opposed by the natural mother, Sidney Gail Stringer, and the parties
being represented by their respective counsel and the Court having

heard the evidence, finds that the natural mother, Sidney Gail Stringer,
has_ to this point, shown limited interest in her son after being
F released from jail, and it appearing that the best interests of the
child is presently served through CORA J. COX, and the Court wishing
to afford Sidney Gail Stringer, the natural mother, an opportunity to
establish a relationship with the son, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Temporary custody and control of BOBBY RAY TRAMMELL shall
remain with his maternal grandmother, CORA J. COX, under the supervision
of the State of Florida, Office of Social and Economic Services.
2. That Sidney Gail Stringer shall pay child support in the amount
of $25.00 per week commencing the day of 1979.
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted

promptly to CORA J. COX. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of
$2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. The
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
