KOKIN VALIER, and also ALL unknown spouses, heirs, legatees, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants claiming by, through, under or against any of the above named defendants who may be dead or alive; and also, ALL persons or parties whether claiming under any of the above named or described defendants, or otherwise claiming any right, title or interest in and to the property involved in this suit_and here- inafter more particularly described, Defendants. ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN AD LITEM, ADMINISTRATOR AD LITEM AND ATTORNEY AD LITEM THIS CAUSE, having come on before me by Plaintiff`s Motion for appointment of Guardian Ad Litem, Administrator Ad Litem and Attorney Ad Litem for the Defendants in this cause, and it appearing to the Court that all of the Defendants have been duly and properly served constructively by publication of Notice of Suit to Quiet Title and that none of the Defendants have filed responsive pleadings or made any appearance within the time set forth in the Notice of Suit, and that the Plaintiff is not able to determine whether any of the named Defendants are in the military service of the United States of America or whether any of the Defendants are minors or otherwise incompetent and it further appearing to this Court that the appointment of a Guardian Ad Litem, Administrator Ad Litem and Attorney Ad Litem is necessary in this cause, it is therefore, a~~x 3~9 P,cE 35~~
