an attorney learned in the law, be
and he is appointed as Guardian Ad Litem, Administrator Ad Litem
and Attorney Ad Litem for the following Defendants in this cause,
SIMON AGUIRRIE and ANTONIA AGUIRRIE, his wife, and also ALL
unknown spouses, heirs, legatees, devisees, grantees, assignees,
lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants, claiming by,
through, under or against any of the above named defendants who
may be dead or alive; and also, ALL persons or parties whether
claiming under any of the above named and described defendants,
or otherwise claiming any right, title or interest in and to
the property involved in this suit and hereinafter more particu-
larly described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 597 of Port St. Lucie
Section 13, a Subdivision according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 13, page 4 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
