Defendants, ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN AD LITEM, ADMINISTRATOR AD LITEM AND ATTORNEY AD LITEM THIS CAUSE, having come on before me upon Plaintiff's Motion for appointment of Guardian Ad Litem, Administrator Ad Litem and Attorney Ad Litem for the Defendants in this cause, and it appearing to the Court that all of the Defendants have been duly and properly served constructively by publication of Notice of Suit to Quiet Title and that none of the Defendants have filed responsive pleadings or made any appearance within the ~ time set forth in the Notice of Suit, and that the Plaintiff is not able to determine whether any of the ~ above Defendants are in the military service of the United States of America or whet:~er any of the Defendants are minors or otherwise incompetent and it further appearing to this Court that the appointment of a Guardian Ad Litem, i i j [7 4 j~ Z 319 357
