CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND DECREED that

be and he is appointed as Guardian Ad Litem, Administrator
Ad Litem and Attorney Ad Litem for the following Defendants
in this cause: MARIA GOMEZ and ARTURO M. GOMEZ, and also
ALL unknown spouses, heirs, legatees,. devisees, grantees,
assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants,
claiming by, through, under or against any of the above
named defendants who may be dead or alive; and also, ALL
persons or parties whether claiming under any of the above
named or described defendants, or otherwise claiming any
right, title or interest in and t~ the property involved
in this suit and hereinafter more particularly described
