STIPULATED MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE
The parties by and through their undersigned
attorneys move this Court for the entry of an Order continu-
ing the Trial of this cause now set for October 24, 1979,
until further Motion by either party, and also cancelling
the Pre-Trial Conference set herein, and as grounds
therefor would show unto the Court that the parties are
attempting to amicably settle the matters at issue and
additional time is needed to accomplish this.
