This cause coming on to be heard the 23rd day of
October, 1979, and the Plaintiff being represented by J. Michael
Brennan, and the Defendants being represented by R. N. Koblegard,
III, and the Defendants consenting to the entry of an Amended
Complaint, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that. the Motion to Amend the
Complaint is hereby granted and, it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Amended Complaint, a
copy of which was attached to the Motion to Amend, shall be
considered filed and served upon the Defendants, GERALD P.
KUKLINSKI and JEANNE KUKLINSKI and, it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants, GERALD P.
KUKLINSKI and JEANNE KUKLINSKI shall have twenty (20) days from
the date of this Order within which to move and plead to the ~
Amended Complaint. a
