This cause coming on to be heard the 23rd day of October, 1979, on the Defendant's Motion for a Protective Order, and the Plaintiff being represented by J. Michael Brennan, and the Defendant being represnted by Richard D. Sneed, Jr., and upon the Defendant's admission in open Court of the existence of an oral contract between the Plaintiff and Defendant on the Tozzo house for $250.00 at start of construction plus a $1,000.00 bonus at the end of construction; for the Ohm house $250.00 at the start of construction and $1,000.00 commission at the end o.f construction; and for-the Hotte house $250.00 at the start of construction plus $2,000 .00 upon the completion of construction, subject to the Defendant's defense of breach of contract, and the Court being otherwise-duly advised, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Protective Orders are granted upon the admission of the Defendants in open Court.
