recover from LELA MATHIS and HARTFORD ACCIDENT AND INDEMNITY COMPANY,
the sum of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($18,000.00) with her costs
in the amount of NINE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-EIGHT DOLLARS AND FORTY-EIGHT
CENTS ($988.48), for which let execution issue.
