file and being fully advised in the premises and the Court having previously

to the United States of America in satisfaction of that certain Federal Tax
~ iLien of the ihited States of America, as recorded in Official Record Book 298
;Page 404 in coaQlete payment of said lien and whereas, the Plaintiff has
;deposited in escrow for Parcel Nos, 107 and 706, the sum of $20,355.00 it is

1. That the petition for disbursement of Donald Raulerson for the
`~balanee of the deposit in the registry of the Court for Parcel Nos, 107 and 706

',iin the sum of $18,440.26 be and-the same is hereby granted.
2. That the Clerk of the Court is hereby directed to issue a check
~in the a~rnnt of $18,440.26 representing the proceeds now remaining in this
registry of the Court with the said check being payable to Donald Raulerson and
