THIS MORTGAGE, executed the 18th _ day of September , A. D., 19 ~ 9 , by
RONALD L. STUTZ and CAROL D. STUTZ, his wife
hereinafter called the Mortgagor, which term shall include singular or plural, corporation or individual, and either sex, and shall
include the heirs, legal representatives, sua:esson and assigns of the Mortgagor, to

a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States with its principal place of business in
Martin County, Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagee, which term shall include the successors and assigns of the said Mortgagee.
WITNESS_RH THAT, WHEREAS, the Mortgagor has received a ban from the Mortgagee and is justly indebted to the
Mortgagee, which indebtedness is hereby acknowledged and is evidenced by o certain promissory rwte dated Nss 18th
