requested the said SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION to release
the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from
the lien and operation of said Mortyage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That saicl SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION,

BEGINNING at a point that is 30 feet South of and 75 feet East
of the Northwest corner of Section 33, Township 35 South, Range -
40 East, Saint Lucie County, Florida; thence run S. 89° 34' 46"
E., parallel to the North line of said Section 33, a distance of
391.74 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue S. 890
34' 46" E., a distance of 155.52 feet, to the point of curvature
l of a curve concave to the Southwest; thence Southeasterly along
[ the arc of said curve, having a radius of 25.00 feet, a delta
angle of 920 02' O1", an arc distance of~40.16 feet; thence
tangent to said curve S. 020 27' 15" W., parallel to the West
line of said Section 33, a distance of 99.10 feet; thence
N. 890 34' 46" W.., a distance of 181.42 feet; thence N. 020 27'
15" E., a distance of 125.00 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said
Cook Construction of Ft. Pierce, Inc.
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of slid
mortgage, and every tart thereof; Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therc~i~:
