AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
LENA BORNMANN, who, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1, That her and her husband, GUSTAV BORNMANN, were the
owners of the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 7, Block 46, SUNLAND GARDENS, SECTION FOUR
according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 10, Page 76 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
2, That she and the said GUSTAV BORNMANN were married prior
to September 5, 1957 and said marriage continued without interruption
until December 3, 1974, the date of his death.
Further affiant saith not.
