THIS USE HAVING come on to be heard before me this
day of ? 1979 on the motion of Petitioner for Final Judge-
, ment of Custody ar~d all proper parties having been given proper notice of this
Hearing and the Court Captaincy being advised in the premises finds:
1. The Petitioner, WILLIE L. JENKINS, is a fit and proper person to
have custody of the minor child_ named in the Petition and that the best
interest of the said child will be promoted by such custody.

2. That the said Childs' mother-LINDA THOMAS has consented to the na-
tural father WILLIE L. JENKINS having custody of the said minor child during
the mother tenure in the United States Military.
~ IT IS THEREFORE upon consideration:

j ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that permanent custody of the said child
know as KEILIER LAVETT JENKINS in this proceeding be and the same is given
to the said child's natural father-WILLIE L. JENKINS during of time inwhich
a the nautural mother -LINDA THOMAS is enlisted in the United States Military. _
DONE AND ORDERED in tjhe~Chambers of St. Lucie County, Florida on this
