This Cause came- on for trial the .25th day of October, 1979, and
the-Court having given full consideration to all the- evidences finds
and determines: This Court has Jurisdiction of the~Parties and Sub3ect
Matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wif~~now exist =
between the Parties; and that the Marriage between the Parties is
Irretrievably Broken and should be-Dissolved.
IT IS THERE[IPON
ORDERED AID ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DIS90LUTIOrJ OF MARRIAGE. The Marriage between HILDA BETIiSG

Parties and each of them era hereby forever freed from the Bonds of
Matrimony heretofore existing between there and from the Obligations
arising therefrom.

and restrained from interfering with harassing o~~annoying~ the other.
3. IT I3 FURTHER ORDH@SED that a Copy of this Final Judgment
and Dissolution of Marriage, be furnished to the Husband.
JURISDICTION, Jurisdiction of this Cause and the Parties
