RIORDAN, Wife, and WILLIAM G. RIORDAN, Husband. FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTIO~OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 24th day of October, 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the c.emeanor and physical condition of the witnesses., finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved; and that the parties have agreed to the following terms and conditions which are a part of this Final Judgment. It is thereupon ORDEPED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WILLIAM G. RIORDAN, Husband, and LINDA B. RIORDAN, Wife, be and~the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them-and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. MARITAL AUTOMOBILES. The Husband shall and he is hereby ~ ordered to deliver forthwith to the Wife the Chrysler Newport automobile. The Wife shall and she is hereb ordered to deliver to the Husband forth- ~ y with the Volkswagon automobile. Each party shall execute the necessary s documents to effect transfer of title to the above-mentioned automobiles. ~ 3. MARITAL-BILLS. There is due to the Lawnwood Medical Center the sum of -$908.00, approximately, for certain surgery treatment which ~ was rendered to the Wife.
