This came on for trail the day of ,
1979 and the Court leaving given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that tl~e relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved: It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1) DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. TI?e marriage between PAULA SUE COOPER
and MICHAEL JAMES COOPER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are }iereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations aris-
ing therefrom.
'L) RESTORATION OF NAME. PAULA SUE COOPER be and she is Hereby
authorized to assume her former mane of PAULA PLETCHER and to use the
same in all respects as if said marriage iiad not intervened.
3) PROPERTY. Petitioner is hereby awarded the following property:
Linen tablecloth, Ecko 7 peice kitchen tool set, steam iron, crock pot,
40 peice porcelain dinner set, skillet - magna lite, blue and white serv-
ing dish with creme and sugar dishes, three speed electric mixer, portable
radio, and fifteen graduation pictures (wallet size).
