This cause came on for trial the 24th day of October, 1979, and the
Court having given full consideration, finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife naw exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORD$RBD and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between GLEN MICHAEL STARLING
and PAMAIA A. STARLING be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RBSTORATION OF NAME. PAMAIA A. STARLING be and she is hereby authorized
to assume her former name of PAMAIA A. CURBY and to use the same in all respects as
if said marriage had not intervened.
