LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE N0. 79-1032-FR In re the marriage of Petitioner/ JAMES JOSEPH BODNAR ; and ; i Respondent/ CHRISTINE JAMES BODNAR FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the day of , 1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter oii~this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAMES JOSEPH BODNAR and CHRISTINE JAMES BODNAR be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the i parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. I .2. RESTORATION OF NAME. CHRISTINE JAMES BODNAR be and she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of CHRISTINE JAMES I~RAIQS and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties here- to is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be p er.
