FINAL JUDGMENT
IS CAUSE, having come to be heard on the day
of 1979, after proper notice to all parties,
and the Court having considered the Affidavits in the file, heard
testimony of witnesses, and being otherwise fully and well advised
in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Defendant, LAWRENCE WALKER, is the natural
father of the subject child, KESCHA WALKER, date of birth 2/17/76,
and he is hereby declared to be the legal father of said child.
2 Z•hat he shall ar~d he is hereby ordered to pay $33.00
per week as and for child suppcrt, plus $2.00 statutory fee to be
added to each payment. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of
this Court and by him remitted promptly to the Plaintiff, MILDRED
I SMITH. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
~ check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this

Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
~ while this Order is in effect.
3. That the Defendant shall and he is hereby ordered to
pay one-half of all medical bills incurred since conception of the
child including costs of the birth of the child and all medical treat-
ment received thereafter and in the future until the child is 18 years

of age .
4. The Defendant, LAWRENCE WALKER, shall have reasonable
