FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 25th day of October, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon: ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between NEOMA LOIS ROSS, Wife, and PETER C. ROSS, Husband, be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. l 2. CUSTODY. Custody of LISA D. ROSS And KELLY J. ROSS, ~ minor children of the parties is hereby awarded to the Wife, NEOMA LOTS ROSS with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband, PETER C. ROSS. i ~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 2nd day of November, 1979. ~ ~ ~ PETER C. ROSS shall pay to NEOMA LOTS ROSS the sum of $ ;Q each and every week for the support of the children named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to NEOMA LOIS ROSS. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $ •dl~ as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made r - in cash, money order or cashier's check.
