4. ALIMONY. Commencing the 2nd day of November, 1979
PETER C. ROSS shall pay to NEOMA LOIS ROSS the sum of $
each and every week as periodic alimony. Such payments to be made
as set out in the preceding paragraph.
5. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the. sum of $250.00
to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for her services herein
and PETER C. ROSS is ordered to pay said attorney said sum together
with cause herein assessed at $39.00.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County,
Florida, this 25th day of October, 1979.
