remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition thereto, is hereby
assessed the_sum of X2.00 as costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Husband and Wife are hereby ordered to keep the
Clerk of the Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses
at all times while this Order is in effect. The Wife's address is:
1904 North 16th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
4. ALIMONY. The Court finds and determines that the Wife,
ANNIE B. DUNCAN, has a special equity in the Husband's interest in
the. household furnishings and real property owned-jointly, and
described as follows, to-wit:
(A) "The South 30 feet of Lot 11, and the North 45
feet of Lot 12 in Block 3, BLAKELY SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10,
Page 50, of the Public .Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; together with the improvements
thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment
contained therein."
(B) "Lots 4 and 5 in Block 30, PARADISE PARK
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof in
Plat Book 8, at Page l7, of Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida."
(C) "Lot 20, Block 4, BOOKER PARK, according to
plat thereof, Plat Book 2, Page 37, public _
records of Martin County, Florida."

That by reason of the special equity, the Wife is hereby-
awarded as lump sum alimony, all of the Husband's interest in and to
the above-described property and the Husband is ordered to convey
by Quit-Claim Deed to the Wife, as lump sum alimony, all of his
interest in and to said property.
That the Husband is ordered and directed to deliver the

$ Quit-Claim Deed within twenty (20) days from the date of this Judgment
and if the Husband fails to execute and deliver the Quit Claim Deed

within that period, then this Judgment shall act as conveyance to the
Wife of the above-described property effective oa the twentieth (20th)
