DISSOLUTI0I~OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 25th day of
October, 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This
Court has. jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife.now exists between the
parties-; that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED 2s follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between HARRY CHARLES HUBBARD,
JR.,-Husband, and LARESSA HUBBARD, Wife, be and the same is hereby

~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed

~ from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor female child, STEPHANIE
ANN HUBBARD, date of birth November 24, 1977, is hereby awarded to the
Wife, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Husband.
3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the date of this
Order, the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of $50.00 each and every
week for the support of the before-named child; said sum to continue
until such time as the child reaches majority, marries or becomes -
~ self-supporting.
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court and by him remitted promptly to LARESSA HUBBARD. In addition,
