there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made
in cash, money order or cashiers check. Both of the parties are ordered
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. .
4. MARITAL DEBTS. The Husband shall be required to pay all
of the outstanding marital debts including but not limited to a doctor's
bill of approximately $388.00.
5. COSTS, INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES. T:~.e Husband is hereby
ordered to pay to the Wife's attorney, the sum of $250.00 towards
attorney's fees. In addition, the Husband shall and he is hereby
ordered to pay Court costs in the amount of $37.50. Attorney's fees
and Court costs shall be paid directly to the Wife's attorney, Osborne
Walker O'Quinn, 201 South 2nd Street, Suite 102, Fort Pierce, Florida
33450,
6. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each party is hereby enjoined from
injuring, striking, annoying, harassing, or otherwise interferring with
the other party.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
