FINAL JUDGMENT ~
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RONALD D. ~
r JOHNSON and BARBARA JUNE JOHNSON be and the same is hereby dissolved,
~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the #
~ '

! bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
~ obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of RONALD D. JOHNSON, JR., age 15 yrs.,
DONALD JOHNSON, age 14 yrs., and DANIEL JOHNSON, age 9 yrs., minor
children of the arties is hereb awarded to BARBARA JUNE JOHNSON

with reasonable visitation rights reserved to RONALD D. JOHNSON. ,
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~ day of ~ 19?9,
RONALD D. JOHNSON shall pay to BARBARA JUNE JOHNSON the sum of $35.00
per week, per child, for the support of the minor children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to BARBARA JUNE JOHNSON. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
