FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came to trial on the ~ day of G~ ,
1979, and the court, having given full consideration to all the
evidence finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation-
ship of husband and wife which now exists between the parties
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Dissolution of Marriage. The marriage between TRUDY
MARGARET HOWALD and GREGORY PHELPS HOWALD, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from any obligations arising therefrom.
2. Custody and Visitation. The care, custody and control of

the minor children of-the parties, DEREK PHELPS HOWALD, age 6 years,

and NATALIE JO HOWALD, age 2 years, is granted to the wife, TRUDY `
MARGARET HOWALD~subject to the Husband's rights of visitation.. The
~ Husband's visitation rights are set out more fully in the Separation
and Property Settlement Agreement being incorporated into this final
~ judgment.
3. Agreement. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
executed by the parties and introduced into evidence as the Wife's

Exhibit A was freely entered into by the parties after full disclo

sure and is for the best interest of the parties and their children.
~ The agreement is incorporated by reference into this judgment and the
i
parties are ordered to comply with said agreement.
