DISSOLU~~N RRIAGE
THIS CAUSE CAME on for trial on the day of
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all of the ju-
risdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit: that
the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is there-
upon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the marriage between EUGENE MACKEY and WILLIE BELL MACKEY
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them
are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore

existing between them.

~ 2. Child Custody. The care, custody and control of the minor
children of the parties, TERRY LEE MACKEY, AGE 13, Bridgette Mackey,
age 12, and Antonia Mackey, age 5, is granted to the wife-WILLIE BELL
MACKEY subject to the Petitioner's right of liberal but reasonable
~ visitation privileges, to be exercised at such time and under such
circumstances as will serve the best interests of the child primarily
s
bearing in mind her age, maturity, desires, education and general wel-
fare; and a secondary consideration shall be the convenience and desires
F of the parties.
IT IS the intent of the Court that the children be afforded as
d
close an association with each parent as the circumstances allow con-
sistent with the best interests of the child,-and both parties shall conduct
themselves in such a manner so as to cause minimun upset to the child and
neither party shall alienate the affections of the children from the
