FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 25th day of October, ;
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the rela-
tion of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon f
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
JOHNNY FRANKLIN DOUGLAS and DOLORES DOUGLAS be and the same
is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are
hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising there-
f rom .
2. CUSTODY. Custody of DON LAWRENCE DOUGLAS and JOHN HENRY
DOUGLAS, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to

DOLORES DOUGLAS with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
JOHNNY FRANKLIN DOUGLAS.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~L~ day of 1979,
JOHNNY FRANKLIN DOUGLAS shall pay to DOLORES DOUGLAS the sum of
$50.00 each and every week, for the support of the children
named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to DOLORES DOUGLAS. In addition _
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs t
