to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both
of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY. The property .settlement agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and
the parties are ordered tc comply with the provisions thereof. ,
5. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of -
$300.00 to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his
services herein and JOHNNY FRANKLIN DOUGLAS is ordered to
pay said attorney said sum, together with costs herein
assessed at $34.50; said sum to be paid within ninety (90)
}
days from the entry of this Final Judgment of Dissolution of
Marriage.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
