FINAL JUDGMENT
• DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 25th day of October, 1979, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines.: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter~of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DENNY WILSON
JOHNSON, Husband and DONA LYNN JOHNSON, Wife, be, and the same is here-
by dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom. ~
2. CUSTODY. Custody of DONALD WILSON JOHNSON and DANIEL LANE

JOHNSON, minor children of•the parties is hereby awarded to the wife
j with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the husband.

` 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 25th day of November ,1979, the
husband shall pay to the wife the sum of $330.00 per month, payable on
or before the 25th day of each month for the support of the children
named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to the wife. In addition there is hereby assessed i
the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to
~ the clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's

check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court

advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this '
order is in effect.
