KIMBERLY ANN BIGGLES, Wife.
FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 25th day of October, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriabe between
the parties is irretrievably broken and shuuld be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MARK ANTHONY
BIGGLES, husband, and KIMBERLY ANN BIGGLES, wife, be, and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of MARK ANTHONY BIGGLES, II, a minor child

i of the parties, is hereby awarded to the wife with reasonable visita-
tion rights reserved to the husband, including but not limited to week-
ends.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the_~6Lday of - ,1979,
the husband shall pay to the wife the sum of $50.00 per week for the

support of the child named above and continuing until the wife gets a
job and goes to work, at which time the support payments shall~be re-
duced to $40.00 per week. The wife is hereby ordered to notify her
a husband in writing when she becomes employed.

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by

him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there is hereby
~ assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each pay-
ment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
