FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS MATTER coming on for hearing on the consent of the
parties on October 23, 1979, the Husband having in open court
withdrawn his Motion for Stay, and the Husband being present
representing himself and waiving notice, and the Court having given
full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor and
physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of Husband and. Wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as_follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between MARY MICHELLE NUSBIETEL

Wife, and ALLEN DALE NUSBIETEL, Husband, be and the same is hereby
t dissolved and the
~ , parties and each of them are forever hereby freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. The custody of the minor child, to wit: JENNIFER
r
MARI NUSBIETEL, age 3~ years, is hereby awarded to the tVife, with
reasonable visitation rights granted to the Husband.
r 3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the 26th day of

October 1979, the Husband will
pay to the Wife the sum of Forty
($40.00) Dollars per week per child for the support of the before
named child; said sum to continue until such time as the child reaches
~ majority, marries or becomes self-supporting.
