Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Court and by
him remitted promptly to DfARY MICHELLE NUSBIETEL. In addition, there
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk. Both of the parties are ordered
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement entered
into by the parties is ratified and the parties are ordered to comply
therewith.
5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper. Further jurisdiction may be invoked by mailing a copy of any
future pleading to the address required to be supplied to the
Clerk of the Circuit .Court as outlined above. Should jurisdiction
be invoked in this manner, this pleading shall be mailed by
certified mail, return receipt requested, addressee only, to the
opposing party; and whichshall allow forty (40) days from the mailing
date thereof in which to file a responsive pl ding.
