CHANEY, Wife and LARRY M. CHANEY, Husband i / i FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came to trial the ~ day of ~7""~ 1979, and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter .of this suit; and that the relationship of husband and wife which now exists between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. Dissolution of Marriage. The marriage between CATHERINE P. CHANEY and LARRY M. CHANEY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arrising therefrom. 2. Custody and Visitation. The care, custody and control of the minor child of the parties, DONOVAN M. CHANEY, age one (1) f year old is granted to the Wife, CATHERINE P. CHANEY, subject to - the Husband's rights of visitation. The Husband's visitation rights 6 are set out mare fully in the Separation and Property Settlement g Agreement being incorporated into this Final Judgment. 3. Agreement. The Separation and Property Settlement Agree- ment executed by the parties and introduced into evidence as the Wife's Exhibit "A" was freely entered into by the parties after a full disclosure and is for the best interest of the parties and 5 their child.
