ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that John D1erk, party of
the first part, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and
other good and valuable considerations, in hand paid by Indrio
Groves, Inc., a Florida corporation, party of the second part,
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, -
sold, assigned, transferred and set over and by these presents
does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the -

party of the second part, that certain Lease bearing date the 16th
-day of October, 1963, and entered into between Sybil Levita Culver-
house as trustee under the last will and testament of B. A. Brown,
deceased, Sybil Levita Culverhouse, individually and George H.
Culverhouse, her husband, Sybil Levita Culverhouse as Guardian of
the estate of John Bradford Culverhouse, a minor, and George H.
Culverhouse, Jr., and Irene Culverhouse,.his wife, as lessors, -
and John I+ferk, as lessee, and recorded in Official Record Book 72,
Page 645, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida on October 16,
19b3. -
