That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of

TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable .consideration, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, ~
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
The NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 25 and the r
S.W 1/4 of the SW 1/4, NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 and SW 1/4
~ of NW 1/4 of Section 24, all in Township 34 South,
Range 38 East.
Grantor further gives, grants and assigns to Grantee the
non-exclusive right to use the canal and dike adjacent on the

west to the west line of the plat of Indrio Groves as recorded in
Plat Book 12 at Page 48 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, said canal and dike being more particularly described in
that certain Agreement for Easements recorded in Official Record

Book 18 at Page 241 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, }

Florida (commonly referred to as the Minute Maid Canal and Dike),
for drainage and irrigation purposes for the above lands.
Grantor further gives, grants and assigns to Grantee all the
