WHEREAS, Grantors previously demised unto John Merk the °
following described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida:
The NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 25, and the
SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 and SW 1/4
of NW 1/4 of Section 24, all in Township 34 South,
Range 38 East
All as more particularly set forth in that certain Lease dated
October 16, 1963 and recorded in Official Record Book 72 at Page

645 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which
lease as modified is hereinafter referred to as the "Lease"; and

WHEREAS, the said John Merk has exercised the option to
purchase the above-described land in accordance with the terms
and provisions of the Lease; and
WHEREAS, the Lease provides that in the event of exercise
~ of the option to purchase, Grantors shall grant to the Lessee
thereunder a perpetual easement over and across the property
r
hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, the said John Merk has assigned all of his right,
title and interest as Lessee under the Lease to Grantee; and
WHEREAS, Grantors have this date by Warranty Deed conveyed
the above-described lands to Grantee;
