sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, Grantors hereby grant to Grantee a perpetual
easement on, over and across the following described lands of
urantors, which easement shall be used in common with Grantors:
A 60 foot easement lying equally on each side of
the center line of the road known as Indrio Road
Extension running through Grantors' property and
located approximately on the East-West one-quarter
section lines in Sections 17 and 18, Township 34
South, Range 39 East., and Section 13, Township 34
South, Range 38 East, said easement beginning at
the end of the public road commonly known as "Indrio
Road" and running West through said sections as
above described to connect and join with the dike
and road running South on the West 30. feet of the
S 1/2 of Section 13, and the West 30 feet of Sec-
tion 24, all in Township 34 South, Range 38 East.
AND
_ The West 30 feet of the S 1/2 of Section 13 and the
West 30 feet of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section
24, all in Township 34 South, Range 38 East.
said easement to be used by Grantee as a means of ingress and
egress to and from the property described above in the premises
which this date has been conveyed by Grantor to Grantee. It is
specifically understood the route and location of Indrio Road
Extension as it now exists may not be changed without the con-
; sent of Grantee.

It is further understood and agreed that this easement is
given upon the express understanding and condition that it may

and assigns in conjunction with the use of Grantee and its suc-
cessors and assigns and others likely situated and their heirs
personal representatives and assigns.
It is further understood that Grantors, their heirs, per-
sonal representatives, assigns and tenants in no way shall be
3 bound or obligated to Grantee, its successors and assigns, to
improve, maintain or construct a roadway upon said easement or
~ to keep it in repair; nor do Grantors, their heirs, personal
representatives, and assigns assume any liability or responsibility
to Grantee, its successors and assigns, others likely situated,
their heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, or any person
