BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, who after being first
duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That she has personal knowledge of all facts stated
herein.
2. That she is the unremarried former spouse of GEORGE
H. CULVERHOUSE, SR.
3. That she is the only. child of her father and mother,
B. A. Brown and tj'OS/~ Brown, his wife. ~

5. That at the time of his death, her father resided on
the B. A. Brown homeplace property which is located on
Indrio Road Extension in St. Lucie County, Florida more than
one (1) mile from the referenced premises.
6. That the referenced premises, which are vacant and
unoccupied, were not a part of the homestead of the said B.

was survived by Affiant and her children, George H.

Culverhouse, Jr. and John Bradford Culverhouse, as his sole
