This QUIT CLAIM DEED, made this day of ,
A.D., 1979, between Carol P. Sidell of the County of Bergen in the ~ ~
State of New Jersey, party of the first part, and Barry Joseph
Sidell, of the County of Dane in the State of Wisconsin, party of
the second part, witnesseth:
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to her in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
released, remised and quit claimed, and by these presents does hereby
release, remise and forever quit claim unto the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title

and interest of the first party in and to the follwoing described -
land, to wit:
Lot Seven (7), Block Two Thousand Five Hundred f
Ninety Six (2596), Section 38 of Port St. Lucie,
according to the plat of record in Plat Book 15
at page 29, St. Lucie County,, Florida
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all the hereditaments
