.This cause came on for trial the 24th day of October, 1979 and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines;
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDBRED and ADJUDGED as. follows;
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between CORTNEY STBVEN M[JTTER
and CAROLYN MITrTER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of CORTNEY STEVEN MUTTER, JR., minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to CAROLYN I'EJTTER.
i 3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
~ retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
DONE and ORDBRBD in Chambers at Fort Pier e, St. Lucie County, Florida,
