EMILIO ROGEL, Husband,
and
AMY ENDERS ROGEL, Wife.
FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial this 26th day of October, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the,
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is,-thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EMILIO
ROGEL and AMY ENDERS ROGEL be, and the same is hereby, dissolved, and
the parties, and each of them, are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them, and from the obligations
arising therefrom.

~ 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. That AMY ENDERS RGGEL be, and she
~ is hereby, authorized to assume her former name of AMY ENDERS, and to
i
use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such other further orders as may be 1
proper. t
