FINAL JUDGEMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came for trial. the ~ day of(~ 197
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines; This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties, that the marriage between the parties is irretreiv-
ably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
' ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
14 1) DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LINDA JEAN PRESLEY,

and ROBERT KERR PRESLEY, JR. be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the

parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of mat-
€ rimony heretofore existing between them and fran the obligations arrising
therefrom. .
2) RESTORATION 'OF NAME. LINDA JEAN PRESLEY be and she is hereby
authorizes to assume her former name of LINDA JEAN ESCH, and to use
the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
3) JOINT DEBTS. It is hereby ordered that RESPONDENT, ROBERT
KERR PRESLEY, JR., shall hold PETITION~:R, L11VDA JEAN PRESLEY, harmless
on the joint debts of the parties described in Paragraph 4~7 of the
Petition filed in this cause. It is further ordered that Petitioner,
s LINDA JEAN PRESi.EY, be soley responsable for the FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY
FIVE DOLLARS ($485) owing to Hame Credit Co. of Staurt, Florida.
4) PROPERTY. It is hereby ordered that Petitioner retain sole
ownership of the 1978 Pontiac Automobile and that she hold Respondent
